Bohemia, NY | Full-Time | $20-$22/hour | Medical + 401K About After The Tone After The Tone is a fast-growing company that rents out our one-of-a-kind rotary phone audio guestbooks for weddings, events, and unforgettable moments. Our phones capture real, unscripted messages from guests—and we make sure every rental arrives in perfect condition. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse & Shipping Assistant to help us keep our phones moving in and out of our warehouse smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Do Prepare, pack, and ship orders with care and accuracy Receive incoming returns and inspect phones for damage or wear Clean, test, and restock returned phones to ensure they’re event-ready Track and organize shipping supplies and warehouse inventory Use our computer systems to manage orders and update inventory records Communicate clearly with internal teams about phone status and inventory needs Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail Ability to stay on your feet, move quickly, and lift boxes (physical stamina) Comfortable using basic computer programs Clear communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude Able to follow instructions and work independently Warehouse or shipping experience preferred, but not required Why You’ll Love Working Here $20-$22/hour starting pay, depending on experience Medical benefits and 401K Relaxed but productive team environment Work with a creative, growing company that’s anything but ordinary Plenty of opportunity to learn and grow To Apply Please apply through Indeed or send a resume and cover letter detailing why you would be a great fit to : natalie@afterthetone.co
