Delivery Driver and Warehouse Worker D & C Supply Company, INC 335 Washington Avenue, Bridgeville, PA 15017 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery / Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and delivery services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading goods, delivering products to various locations, and maintaining the organization of the warehouse. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are crucial for success in this position. Duties Load and unload products from delivery vehicles, ensuring safe handling of items. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed. Prepare items for shipment, including packing and labeling. Drive delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport goods to designated locations. Follow established routes for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory levels. Assist in organizing the warehouse space for optimal efficiency. Perform routine inspections on delivery vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or delivery role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is a plus. Experience with commercial driving or route driving is beneficial. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
