Position Summary The Material Handler (MH) plays a critical role in supporting production operations by monitoring and supplying production materials. This position works closely with Machine Operators and Shift Managers to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of materials necessary to complete each direct mail marketing job. Material Handlers are also responsible for returning unused materials to the warehouse and preparing finished products for Mail Acceptance. Essential Functions Utilize production schedules, job tickets, profiles, and tags to accurately deliver materials to the appropriate machines. Stage jobs in alignment with production scheduling requirements. Ensure each machine has the correct support materials for the current job, in accordance with Quality procedures. Consolidate and remove unused or excess materials from the production floor. Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishments as necessary. Break down boxes and load materials into the baler for recycling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor, including sweeping and general housekeeping duties. Provide assistance across all production departments as required. Strap, wrap, and prepare finished pallets for Mail Acceptance. Additional Responsibilities Complete additional tasks and special projects as assigned by the Shift Manager. Exhibit behaviors aligned with DMS values and the DMS Code of Conduct. Learn and follow all IT and data security policies and procedures. Comply with DMS workplace health and safety standards. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Complete all required compliance and training programs on time and in good faith. Shift:

2nd Shift – Monday to Friday, 2:30PM-10:30

PM Overtime:

Required as necessary, based on business needs
