Warehouse Maintenance Technician Location:

Sinking Spring, PA 19608 Work days: Monday to

Friday Start Time:

Hours 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM + OT as needed.

Duration:

12 months

Required Skills & Experience:

2+ years warehouse experience.

Maintenance / Facilities

knowledge including HVAC, Cooler/Freezer, Bry-Air, and temperature monitoring systems. Experience with SAP, BPCS, Excel, spreadsheets, MaintainX or similar systems.

Familiarity with dangerous goods shipping:

DOT, IATA, Ocean IMDG. Knowledge of

ISO, GMP, OSHA, DOT, EHS

requirements. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Strong understanding of material handling and warehouse processes. HS diploma

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance / Facilities Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and calibration scheduling. Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC, Cooler/Freezer Equipment, Bry-Air Units, and other warehouse equipment. Collaborate with external vendors for repairs and servicing. Monitor temperatures using Vaisala or similar systems. Support facility audits and maintain maintenance records. Warehouse Operations Perform cycle counts and inventory control tasks. Handle product put-away and picking for shipments. Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment. Operate and maintain material handling equipment (Forklift certification required or ability to obtain). Handle dangerous goods shipping per DOT, IATA, Ocean IMDG regulations. Employee Health and Safety (EHS) Conduct safety audits and ensure proper PPE usage. Support GMP, ISO, OSHA, DOT, and EHS compliance requirements.
