Responsibilities:

Operating forklifts and other equipment while using proper operational procedures Placing and setting form liner, holes, and inserts as required per approved shop blueprints Cutting and placing wire mesh and tying reinforcing bars Maintain an orderly, safe, and efficient plant production area, easily and safely accessible to staff, supplies, customers, visitors, and inspectors Follow all implemented quality assurance measures in the production of the Company’s products. Report equipment problems immediately to Crew Leader Assist with inventory control. Advise your supervisors immediately of inventory shortages, damages, backorders, problems, etc. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school intern or graduate or GED equivalent Technical school experience is a plus Forklift certified or willingness to be certified Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn Must be able to lift 50lbs Mature, dependable, and self-motivated Able to handle a variety of tasks with little supervision
