Warehouse Associate – 1st/2ndShift Tailored Bottling Solutions LLC 456 Acorn La, Downingtown, PA 19335 Job Overview The Warehouse Associate is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing orders. Unloading deliveries from trucks, moving inventory to the correct location, staging orders, and loading trucks with meticulous attention to detail. Qualification & Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) 1 year of experience working in a high-speed production environment 1 year of experience monitoring the quality of products OSHA Forklift Certification Demonstrated proficiency in industrial lift truck operations Must be able to lift 50 lbs repetitively Must be able to work in a variety of temperatures Responsibilities & Skills Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English sufficient to perform job functions Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as: adding, counting, subtracting, multiplying, dividing and knowledge of weights and measure, to complete job tasks sufficiently. Ability to move throughout all areas of the facility, including but not limited to: office, production, and warehouse environments Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace Applications Ability to interpret company documents, literature and UPC/code information Ability to wear all necessary personal protective equipment to perform job functions, such as but not limited to: goggles, gloves, hairnets, safety glasses Excellent organization and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently without direct supervision Inspect and operate material handling equipment: Stretch wrap machines, forklift, hand trucks, and change batteries in a safe manner Effectively handling all duties related to powered industrial truck operations, loading/unloading activities, sortation, and palletizing activities Utilizes inventory management systems efficiently and accurately Inspects inbound and outbound shipments to ensure compliance with established food safety guidelines Receives, distributes, and stores products in designated, secure locations Prepare, review, and maintain accurate records of material received and/or shipped for quality and accuracy Band and/or shrink wrap pallets to ensure skid integrity is maintained during transit. Communicate effectively between shifts and other departments Responsible for reporting to work at scheduled times, and communicating tardiness and/or absences to the assigned Supervisor/Manager prior to the occurrence Collect and properly dispose of scrap bracing, cardboard, and/or strapping Comply with performance criteria, standards of conduct as contained in company policy, employment procedures and responsibilities as described in the company handbook, and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices Normally protected from weather, possible exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid ,or windy weather conditions does exist. May be subject to exposure to ingredients used in the manufacture of food products, including allergens May be subject to exposure to chemicals involved in the manufacture and sanitation of a food processing facility Cover breaks, lunches, and other staffing needs, as required by the supervisor or shift lead Perform other duties as assigned.
