Job Overview Join our Warehouse Operations team as a Forklift Operator! Up to $24.25/hour with performance based incentives and differentials
- $2.25/hr. Night Shift Differential
- Additional $2.00/hr. for any hours worked Fri/Sat/Sun

- Cross-training and advancement opportunities available Shift schedules are 12 hour work schedules on a rotating 2/2/3 schedule (two days on, two days off, and every other weekend) What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks) Responsible for loading and unloading freight accurately, rotation and inspection and other warehouse related duties.
Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.): Responsible for loading and unloading freight accurately, inventory control, rotation and inspection and other warehouse related duties.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Load/Unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers according to size of freight and destination Read, decode, and decipher freight coding in order to expedite freight movement and tracing process Reconcile driver pick up and delivery manifests Label, weigh, and dimensionalize freight Record damaged shipments and misrouted freight on applicable reports. In addition, responsible for inventory, rotation and inspection of freight held in the warehouse Complete required documentation and other duties as needed/assigned Perform cleanup activities in the work area to ensure safety and cleanliness of warehouse and ensure a safe working environment Maintain quality standards for warehouse storage and service including communication to internal and external customers The individual in this position must be capable of performing all of the essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation. What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes) This position requires at least six months of previous lift experience High School diploma or equivalent Good Interpersonal skills required Must be able to read, decode, and decipher freight coding and in some cases perform tasks in inclement weather conditions.
