Perks of being a part of Brandfox Benefits Peer recognition program Frequent opportunities for additional job-skills training, including heavy equipment operation and technical skills development Responsibilities Warehouse Team Members will prepare orders by picking, packing, and sorting items Loading and unloading delivery trucks by hand, hand truck and/or conveyor Help maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment Assist in the inventory control process Use proper safety equipment at all times Follow safety rules and promote a safe work environment Warehouse Team Members will assist other departments as requested Requirements Warehouse Team Members must be at least 18 years old Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation Warehouse Team Members must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation; each shift has one 60 minute lunch period Be trained across multiple departments and maintain minimum performance requirements Ability to work assigned schedule Proficient with technology (computer, iPad, scanners, hand-help devices) Ability to effectively communicate with team members, management, vendors and/or clients as necessary Strong attention to detail and time management skills You might be the right person if… You are friendly and energetic You understand the importance of punctuality and attendance You enjoy a challenge You’d like to be a part of a positive environment
