Summary We are seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at US Supply. This role is crucial in delivering outstanding customer service and facilitating sales transactions at our counter. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our customers’ needs while contributing to the overall success of our business. Responsibilities Assist customers at the sales counter with product inquiries and sales transactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns promptly. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales counter area. Process orders accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of daily tasks. Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to better assist customers. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the plumbing or HVAC industry. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus but not required. Basic knowledge of retail math for accurate transaction processing. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
