Ideal Team Member:

The Loader Operator is responsible for staging and loading eggs for daily production per the daily blending plan. Duties include initiating lot swaps for accurate farm counts and recording accurate run times on the load sheet.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately record all egg production records Segregate materials and maintain exterior wall spacing Maintain accurate inventory records in conjunction with warehouse and processing personnel General housekeeping includes (eggs off floor, cleaning wash screens as needed, organization of materials, cleaning of floors, emptying and cleaning of rubbish cans) Comply with all food safety procedures, regulatory requirements and process efficiency Report any food safety issues to any Manager Follow all workplace safety procedures per safety training Finish paperwork accurately at days end, dump rubbish and clean work area Comply with Food Safety and GMP requirements at all times

Key Skills and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to obtain Electric Pallet Jack certification. Ability to work with various computer applications Attention to detail Strong work ethic Able to lift up to 50 pounds Frequent lifting 35-50 pounds Extended periods of time standing and walking Frequent repetitive reaching motion with both arms Frequent grasping with hands and fingers Frequent bending and stooping Ability to keep up in fast-paced environment
