is our #1 core value and we seek talented, enthusiastic, and customer focused individuals to join our Lebanon Distribution Center on first shift. First shift begins at 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday. What You’ll Do The General Maintenance employee is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards of the distribution warehouse, ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees while complying with health and safety regulations. Perform regular cleaning, dusting and sanitation tasks in the warehouse as directed Operate power floor sweeper and scrubber to clean floors Collect trash and recyclables Operate trash compactors and cardboard/plastic bailers to dispose of waste and process recycling Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including the safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment to prevent accidents and injuries Report any safety hazards, sanitation issues or maintenance requirements to the supervisor promptly Work with team members and supervisors to ensure the coordination of work Ensure that all work is performed to high-quality standards and within specified timelines Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures and sanitation standards Required for Success Proven experience in sanitation or custodial work Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards Able to work in various environmental conditions Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to adhering to safety guideline Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting and bending Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to communicate successfully with supervisors and coworkers
