Job Description
Warehouse Associate Wize Labor Wilkes-Barre, PA 18702 • Hybrid work Overview We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in a hybrid role that combines day-to-day warehouse operations with occasional customer deliveries. This is a hands-on position that plays a key role in ensuring smooth inventory management, order fulfillment, and timely delivery to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming goods, ensuring accuracy and quality. Load and unload shipments using reach trucks or other warehouse equipment. Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail and efficiency. Help keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe. Store materials in designated areas and label stock items clearly. Assist with regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies. Use warehouse systems and software to track inventory and process orders. Occasionally deliver customer orders, maintaining a high level of professionalism and safety on the road. Identify and report any product damage, equipment issues, or safety concerns. Follow company safety procedures and contribute to a positive team environment. Support additional warehouse tasks as needed. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing setting. Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record. Strong understanding of shipping/receiving procedures, order fulfillment, and inventory control. Experience with reach trucks or similar heavy equipment preferred. Comfortable using WMS or ERP systems (training provided). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and push/pull up to 150 lbs occasionally. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently or in a team. Willingness to work flexible hours and undergo required screenings.
