Principle Duties and Responsibilities (essential functions) Analyze and manipulate data for operational digestion Create tools, macros, etc. for use by local teams Manage and create databases as needed Identify opportunities to improve site processes through technical solutions Support ad hoc requests Ownership of local IT equipment and requests Act as primary IT contact for any systems issues IT POC for projects on-site Responsible for asset management and tracking Coordinate updates, assist with testing, and help support the various IT systems and software for Campus and Transportation Support equipment set up Act as functional expert IT stakeholder for senior leadership team Knowledge Microsoft Office Programs Database experience EAM knowledge a plus Skills Macro and tool creation through various programs Abilities Work in a warehouse environment Must be able to work needed schedule to perform assigned duties Proficient with computer for data entry and research purposes Highly motivated, self-starter and team player with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple task in a fast-paced environment Education High School education Experience Familiarity/experience in a distribution environment 3+ years of experience with hardware and software systems, maintenance, and technical support Supervision Received Work and task assigned are reviewed routinely Supervision Given Individual Contributor, not responsible for managing a staff The statements contained herein reflect general details as necessary to describe the principle functions for this job, the level of knowledge and skill typically required, and the scope of responsibility, but should not be considered an all-inclusive listing of work requirements. This person is also responsible for being the primary contact for IT during any system changes, enhancements and outages. They are also the key resource for specialty software and/or database applications specific to their campus.
