Summary We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team at Sieling and Jones, Inc. This position is essential to our operations, as you will assist in various shipping task. Responsibilities Assemble of skids or crates. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency. Utilize a forklift to ship or receive materials. Store/retrieve inventory as needed. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize workplace hazards. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Participate in training sessions for new equipment or processes as required. Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing warehouse environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools and machinery safely. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain certification. Basic understanding of warehouse operations is beneficial but not required. Good communication skills for effective teamwork are essential.
