Warehouse Associate Element2 Group Warren, RI 02885 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution center. This position involves various tasks related to inventory control, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Perform order picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately. Utilize RF scanners for tracking inventory and ensuring accurate stock levels. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks. Maintain inventory control by conducting regular counts and updating records as needed. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Skills Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery. Experience with order picking, packing, and distribution center operations. Familiarity with RF scanners for inventory management. Strong understanding of inventory control processes. Ability to load and unload materials efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Knowledge of AS400 or similar warehouse management systems is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong teamwork and communication abilities to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
