Sansin is looking for a Shipping/Receiving Associate who wants to be part of an exciting new phase. The candidate should be energetic and driven to succeed in a high growth company.

Responsibilities:

Confirm, record and distribute incoming shipments Load and unload trucks Report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record keeping purposes Process all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking Create a daily shipment schedule Weigh and measure items Organize daily flow, prepare and schedule items for shipments Schedule daily transportation needs with different carriers/couriers minimizing cost Track shipments and verify receipts of shipments as required Problem solve any cases of missing documents, shipments and deliveries Assists in production and with order picking.

Qualification:

High School Diploma or GED 2-3 years shipping and receiving experience preferably in a manufacturing setting Reliable form of transportation to and from work Knowledge of filling out waybills and bills of lading and international shipments. Online shipping, tracking and receiving experience utilizing FedEx, UPS, Purolator and DHL and other carriers. Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. Basic mathematical skills. Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment including forklift. Computer literacy, including working skills of Excel and e-mail.
