The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience in assembly line operations, contributing to the efficient production of high-quality products. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards within the facility. 1st shift 10am – 6:30pm !!!! Lots of OT available – starting rate is $17.50/hr Duties Fabricate and assemble components according to specifications and blueprints. Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Work on the assembly line, ensuring timely production while maintaining quality standards. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse or factory setting. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and address any production issues. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe working environment.

Experience and Must Haves:

Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse setting is preferred. Familiarity with assembly processes, including mechanical assembly and fabrication techniques. Proficiency in operating forklifts and other machinery is a plus. Strong understanding of safety practices related to factory work. Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, or schematics is beneficial. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
