The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of materials throughout our facility. You will ensure machines are working properly, make basic adjustments, and keep production running smoothly. Responsibilities Safely operate material handling equipment to transport materials within the facility. Load and unload materials from trucks, ensuring proper handling and storage procedures are followed. Assist in the assembly line by providing necessary materials and components as needed. Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure materials meet quality standards. Maintain an organized warehouse environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly. Perform routine inspections of machinery, including CNC and press brake machines, to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines while adhering to safety protocols. Document inventory levels and assist in inventory control processes as required. Qualifications Previous experience in a factory or warehouse setting is preferred. Familiarity with CNC machines, press brake operations, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) is a plus . Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools effectively. Experience working on an assembly line is advantageous. (Not required) Proficient in using precision measuring instruments for quality assurance tasks. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
