Warehouse Associate E2 Group Smithfield, RI 02917 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse environment, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with warehouse management systems. Duties Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers to move products safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse. Perform order picking and packing tasks to fulfill customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain inventory management practices by tracking stock levels and assisting with regular inventory counts. Utilize the warehouse management system to document incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all records are up-to-date. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety protocols at all times. Assist in organizing the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency and accessibility of products. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment as needed. Proficient in operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers safely. Familiarity with distribution center operations and warehouse management systems is highly desirable. Experience in order picking, packing, and inventory management processes. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety and quality standards.
