Monday – Friday (Occasional Weekends) | Full-Time (First and Second Shifts Available)

Key Responsibilities Receiving Shipments :

Accept and inspect deliveries before signing off.

Warehouse Organization :

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout.

Shipment Management :

Track and update shipment statuses using our inventory software.

Material Handling :

Use pallet jacks, hand trucks, or 4-wheel dollies to safely move heavy items.

Outgoing Shipments :

Palletize, wrap, and prepare outgoing items for carrier pickup.

Documentation :

Use a phone, tablet, or computer to upload bills of lading and photos to shared spreadsheets.

Crew Support :

Assist moving teams with loading/unloading trucks.

Storage Intake :

Wrap, tag, and inventory residential and commercial goods being placed into storage.

General Support :

Step in wherever needed to help keep operations flowing smoothly.

What We’re Looking For Physically Capable :

Able to regularly lift and move heavy objects.

Tech-Friendly :

Comfortable using basic digital tools (phone, tablet, computer).

Detail-Oriented :

Accurate when handling shipments, labeling items, and managing records.

Reliable Team Player :

Positive attitude and willingness to assist others.

Multitasker :

Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

English Proficiency :

Must be able to read and write in English for documentation and communication purposes.

Valid Driver’s License & Transportation :

Must have a reliable vehicle, as travel between warehouse locations is required.

Experience Preferred, Not Required :

Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus—we provide training!
