Openwork is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Material Handler/ Sit-Down Forklift Operator job in Williamston, SC. As a Material Handler/ Sit-Down Forklift Operator you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials off trucks and to production lines. Assist shipping and receiving departments as needed. if you meet the qualifications listed below! Responsibilities for this Material Handler/ Sit-Down Forklift Operator job include:
- Load and unload trucks
- Deliver materials to production lines to ensure they keep running smoothly and efficiently
- Makes sure product is documented and labeled correctly
- Operates forklift in safe manner and makes do daily routine checks to make sure it is operating correctly
- Inspects incoming shipments for damage
Qualifications:
- Mechanical ability
- Forklift license and certifications
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 35lbs
- Basic math, reading and writing skills
Hours/Work Schedule:
1st shift 7am-3:30pm Mon-Friday
Pay:
