This role is critical to ensuring our operations run smoothly and our clients receive top-quality service. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of audio/video equipment and accessories. Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems. Prepare and stage equipment for installation teams, ensuring all necessary components are included. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Coordinate with the installation team to manage equipment needs and schedules. Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse procedures to improve efficiency. Qualifications Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain a clean and orderly workspace. Familiarity with warehouse management software and basic computer skills. Physical ability to lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 lbs). Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
