Full Job Description Position Summary:

This role involves picking and packing orders in a clean warehouse, staging cabinets for delivery, and unloading/loading inventory at various job sites. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment with frequent lifting (50+ lbs), and must be able to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack orders in a clean warehouse. Unload and load inventory at job sites. Stage cabinets for delivery. Handle duties related to processing, organizing, and packing goods for warehouse storage. Work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment involving continual lifting, lowering, and carrying packages (typically 50+ lbs). Communicate effectively through reading, writing, and active listening. Work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older. MUST have a valid driver’s license with 5+ years of driving experience and a clean driving record to be eligible. Must be able to consistently lift 50+ lb. of product without assistance. Ability to lift large, odd shaped, heavy items. Stage cabinets for delivery. Effectively communicate to include reading, writing and active listening. Ability to work effectively as a team or independently. Present a neat and approachable appearance daily. High School Diploma or GED (Preferred). One to two years of experience in a warehouse setting.
