The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to inventory management, and helping our crews be prepared for their projects. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. Duties Manage inventory by accurately tracking stock levels and ensuring proper organization within the warehouse. Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to retrieve items as needed. Prepare pallets of products and materials needed for installation crews. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards. Perform regular checks on equipment and report any maintenance needs to ensure safe operation. Skills Required Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 80 pounds) as required by the job duties. Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety practices. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability and willingness to work outdoors (warehouse yard) in addition to inside. A valid driver’s license.
