Full Job Description Position Summary:

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for making deliveries to the Retail Outlets at the Resort which includes all five golf courses, The Sanctuary, Roy Barth Tennis Center and any other location on the island that is requested.

Pay Rate:

The rate of pay listed on job boards are auto-generated numbers. Kiawah Island Golf Resort’s actual rate of pay will be determined during the hiring process.

Qualifications:

A valid driver’s license with clean driving record is required. Must be able to operate a large van or box truck. Must have excellent organizational skills. Must possess the ability to remain calm in a stressful and/or hurried environment. Ability to handle confidential information. Must work both independently and in a team environment. Good to excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Expectations & Responsibilities:

Responsible for deliveries to all five golf courses, The Sanctuary hotel, Roy Barth Tennis Center, and other requested outlets. Assist with tagging merchandise, organizing the warehouse, and assisting with any other retail projects. Set up and organize workstations with designated supplies and equipment. Replenish supplies and equipment as needed during the shift. Ability to work without direct supervision. Ability to work with cleaning chemicals according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements. Uphold the core values and policies & procedures of the resort. All other duties, as assigned.

Essential Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and carry a minimum weight of 50 lbs. across a short-medium distance. Must physically be able to transport required equipment repetitively over the course of an 8-hour shift. Must be able to sit/stand for the majority of shift while reaching, bending, and stooping. Must be able to work on-site due to the daily requirements of the job.
