The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for the efficient operation of warehouse storage, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and distribution of materials. This position plays a key role in supporting training, administrative, and operational supply needs at the facility by ensuring supplies and equipment are properly received, stored, inventoried, and issued in compliance with federal standards and site-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of supplies for student support, including student materials and classroom supplies. Maintain a computerized inventory system and update records daily. Ensure proper organization of storage areas and maintain supplies according to industry standards. Handle the distribution of supplies for classrooms, dormitories, and student events. Coordinate supply orders and work closely with government personnel to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and warehouse inventory systems. Ability to safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred). Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly..
