Warehouse Associate Reports To :

Warehouse Manager Assignment Focus :

We have an immediate opening for a hands-on warehouse associate. This position is critical to maintain workflow and inventory. The right individual for this position will be self-motivated and have a drive to follow all details through to completion. Accurate math skills and a high level of organization are a must.

Primary Responsibilities :

Receive, verify, and put away products as they are delivered Stage inventory to fulfill jobs and load material on installer vehicles Measure, cut, and label flooring products Maintain clean and safe working environment Complete inventory counts per the cycle count schedule Ensure accuracy with attention to detail

Desired Skills and Experience:

Knowledge of inventory cycle count procedures Ability to operate a forklift and cutting machinery Must have accurate math skills Prior warehouse experience is not required, but is a plus Must be able to lift 50 lbs. – 75 lbs. Salary & Benefits Salary will be commensurate with experience 401k with company contribution of $0.50 on the dollar up to 6% for matching First year 12 days paid time off, after second year 18 days paid time off Medical paid by employer at 75% Great corporate culture and working environment
