  Warehouse Operator

• Job Description
• The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the efficient monitoring and collection of materials from designated areas for processing.

This role involves the disassembly of electronic equipment using various tools and the proper handling and management of non-hazardous wastes. The operator will also be responsible for re-staging and tracking materials, baling cardboard and plastic film, and supporting team members with special assignments as needed. Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work environment is essential.

• Responsibilities
• + Monitor and collect materials for processing. + Disassemble electronic equipment using hand tools and power tools. + Handle and manage non-hazardous wastes as required. + Re-stage and track materials. + Bale cardboard and plastic film. + Assist team members and lead special assignments as needed. + Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
• Essential Skills
• + Experience with warehouse and material handling. + Ability to operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks. + Capability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Experience in breaking down recycled cardboard.

• Work Environment
• The work environment is very clean and climate-controlled, ensuring comfort. There are 6 openings on the 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:40 PM, Monday through Friday, and 15 openings on the 2nd shift from 5:00 PM to 12:40 AM, Monday through Friday.
• Job Type & Location
• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ridgeville, South Carolina.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $16.00 – $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
