This is a direct-hire opportunity with a pay of $20.00 per hour and a Monday-Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM, with optional overtime available. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or material handling, forklift certification or willingness to obtain, basic computer skills, ability to read work orders and shipping documentation, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience in heavy equipment or automotive manufacturing, knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S practices, familiarity with RF scanners and barcode systems are preferred. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, and moving materials, verifying incoming materials, staging and delivering parts based on production schedules, maintaining accurate inventory records, labeling and organizing materials, and assisting in packing and preparing shipments while following safety guidelines and collaborating with other teams.

What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or material handling
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training may be provided)
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory/ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Ability to read and interpret work orders and shipping/receiving documentation
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in heavy equipment or automotive manufacturing

    What You’ll Do as a
Material Handler:

Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
Verify incoming materials against shipping documents
Stage and deliver parts to appropriate areas based on production schedules
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems
Label and organize materials to support workflow efficiency
Assist in packing, labeling, and preparing outgoing shipments
Follow all safety guidelines and store materials according to standards
Work collaboratively with purchasing, production, and quality teams
Keep material handling areas clean and organized
