Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift machinist’s. Pay is based on experience $20.00+/hr. Must have 2-4 years experience and located in Florence, South Carolina.
As a Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments.

This includes the ability to work with close tolerances and perform routine maintenance on machines.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC and/or manual machines (e.g., lathes, mills, grinders)
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders
Measure, examine, and test completed parts for conformance to specifications
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Machinist (CNC or manual)
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Willingness to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus

Pay Details:

$20.00 to $25.00 per hour
