We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler I to join our team who will support production operations by executing finishing and packaging tasks in compliance with cGMP standards and company procedures. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong communication skills, a good work ethic, and the physical ability to perform a variety of manual tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute finishing operations including device rework, folding, wrapping, boxing, and corner cutting.
Collate devices, brochures, and envelopes (if required), and perform kitting operations.
Apply labels to each package before placing it into shipping cartons for customer delivery.
Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and ensure proper labeling of all materials and products.
Comply with all cGMP, customer, and regulatory requirements, as well as safety and health regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure compliance with quality specifications.

Skills Required:

Basic math skills and the ability to read a ruler.
Excellent communication skills to ensure smooth workflow.
Physical ability to perform tasks involving sitting, standing, walking, stooping, bending, squatting, leaning, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
Flexibility to work multiple shifts and overtime as required by production schedule.

Education:

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
