Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally
- Answer telephones and answer inquiries
- Provide accurate and timely execution of customers orders and requests
- Use the computer to do invoicing, credits, returns, reclaim, product procurement/replenishment, cash box reconciliation etc
- Load and unload company, customer and outside carrier vehicles using proper equipment
