Overview Lead Warehouse Technician Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:00pm Responsible for the daily coordination of warehouse operations, including inventory management and the maintenance of the building, grounds, and warehouse. Collaborates with delivery, installation, collection, and service teams to ensure equipment is efficiently moved in and out of the warehouse and accurately aligned with customer accounts.

• Ensure on-time deliveries, moves and removals through proper scheduling
• Coordinate deliveries, moves and removals with sales, customers and contractors, acting as primary contact
• Schedule and coordinate warehouse shipping and receiving
• Process warehouse transactions in proper systems (ie. Receipts and transfers)
• Maintain inventory of machines, accessories, etc.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks and perform full quarterly inventory
• Oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment including fork trucks, jacks and delivery trucks
• Provide direction for warehouse workers and temporary help.
• Serve as coordinator with Install team for smooth install preparation and return of equipment
• Order and process all parts through the Company parts fulfillment program
• Stock parts in a timely and organized manner
• Distribute parts to Service Technician; includes stocking and/or shipping
• Track inventory
• Maintain the parts/stock room in a clean and organized manner
• Reconcile and prepare payment request of invoices for parts
• Ensure that all work is conducted in a safe manner,ply with government safety regulations andpany safety policy

What we’re looking for High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid Driver’s License Ability to pass pre-employment screening 2+ years of related warehouse experience and/or training preferred. An equivalentbination of education and experience may be considered. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced warehouse and delivery environment. Ability to read, interpret, andprehend documents such as safety guidelines, operating procedures, maintenance instructions, and manuals. Skilled in presenting information clearly in one-on-one and small group settings to customers and team members. Demonstrated excellence in customer service. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Proficient in the use ofputers and smartphones. Accurate and efficient record-keeping abilities.
Must maintain a valid forklift certification in accordance with local regulations andpany policies. Experience using power tools and hand tools. Physical demands may vary based on region and assigned equipment. Must be able to lift between 35 to 100 pounds in various environmental conditions, including weather-related and non-weather-related elements. Ability to push and pull hand carts loaded with washers, dryers, and/or air machines. Must be able to walk up and down multiple levels of stairs. Ability to maneuver in confined spaces, including squatting, kneeling, crawling, and reaching overhead, while lifting, holding, and operating tools or parts weighing 20-50 pounds.
