Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming and outgoing shipments, organize inventory, and help maintain a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming products Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and on time Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles safely Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed) Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow company policies and safety procedures Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals Perform other general warehouse tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior warehouse or material handling experience is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic math and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified)
