Duties:
Unloading and assembling all trailers (making them ready for sale) (fork lift experience preferred) Stock yard and keep yard organized (all trailers stocked and grouped in order – smallest to largest) Yard maintenance (trash pick up, cutting grass, grading our gravel lot as needed, etc.) Keeping the outside of our building clean, washed, flower beds/shrubs fresh/trimmed, etc. Shop maintenance / cleaning When not working on the above tasks, this person will assist in our service department (grease changes, extra set of hands for techs…) Must be a self-starter, able to work with little supervision, high attention to detail, keen eye to spot things that don’t look right, etc. Pay depends on the person’s skill level Incentive/performance pay
