Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Helper to join our team at an electrical services company. The ideal candidate will have experience managing inventory, strong organizational skills, and some electrical knowledge. This position requires someone who can efficiently assistant with managing warehouse operations, coordinate materials and supplies, and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy to support the day-to-day operations of our business.

Responsibilities:

Participate in inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy including accurate records for backorders and shortages Maintain a detailed log of daily activities and ensure proper counting. Interact positively with vendors, drivers, and team members. Load and unload delivery trucks, handling products weighing up to 50 pounds. Organize and categorize warehouse inventory by product type and arrangement, ensuring there’s enough space for overflow. Prioritize and select materials to fulfill orders and stage them for installations. Assist in checking the accuracy of incoming and outgoing products, including quantity, size, and type, and notify management of inventory shortages. Safely operate powered industrial vehicles, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers. Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse and surrounding areas for easy access to equipment and supplies, supporting departmental goals. Process material transactions accurately to ensure alignment with work order documentation.

General Requirements:

Minimum of two years of experience in warehouse inventory management; electrical experience is a plus. Strong time management and organizational abilities. Valid driver’s license with a clean three-year driving record. Troubleshooting skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Capable of multitasking. Adherence to company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to climb stairs and ladders. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Full –

Time Salary:

$15.00 hourly – $18.00 hourly, based on experience.
