Bilingual Warehouse Dock Employee A1 Staffing Soultions LLC Fort Mill, SC 29715 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse dock Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to materials handling, loading and unloading, and maintaining a safe work environment. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to operate heavy equipment, and a commitment to adhering to safety standards. The schedule is Sunday to Thursday. Responsibilities Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet to move materials within the warehouse. Load and unload by hand, products from trucks and containers, ensuring accurate inventory management. Utilize pallet jacks for transporting goods across the warehouse efficiently. Build pallets and prepare shipments for delivery while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space to promote a safe working environment. Follow OSHA regulations and company policies regarding safety practices in the workplace. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and timely. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies. Use RF scanner Requirements Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with forklifts, is a plus. Strong knowledge of materials handling techniques and best practices. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all aspects of work. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines and protocols at all times. Bilingual Spanish- English is required.
