Leadership Experience Job Summary:
Are you a disciplined, team-oriented individual with leadership and training experience? We’re seeking candidates—especially those with a military background—who bring a strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive mindset.
- Support team leadership and training efforts in a warehouse setting
- Operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts (as needed)
- Perform picking and packing duties in a fast-paced 3PL environment
- Lift up to 25 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
- Maintain and build strong, ongoing relationships with existing customers to support retention and growth
Qualifications:
- Prior leadership or military experience
- Experience with stand-up and sit-down forklift operations
- Background in third-party logistics (3PL)
