The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks that support the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality in our operations. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other machinery safely and efficiently to move materials and products within the warehouse. Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly, fabrication, and maintenance tasks as needed. Assist in assembling products on the assembly line, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Perform routine inspections of equipment and machinery to identify any mechanical issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines effectively. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to manufacturing processes and equipment operation. Skills Proficiency in operating forklifts and familiarity with warehouse operations. Experience using hand tools and power tools for various fabrication tasks. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Ability to assemble components accurately on an assembly line or factory setting. A proactive approach to maintaining safety standards within the workplace. Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to achieving collective goals.
