Job Description
Warehouse Associate Window Traditions, LLC Nashville, TN Window Traditions, a growing and successful window and door company, needs an experienced Warehouse Associate to assist with the maintenance and organization of our Nashville warehouse on daily basis along with deliveries and service appointments. This position includes assistance with Receiving, Inventory, and Deliveries. Coordinates warehouse activities under the direction of the Nashville Operations Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Assist Project Managers in getting jobs together and expedite loading process each morning Receive deliveries from suppliers and place all materials in correct location in warehouse Makes deliveries as scheduled by Nashville Operations Manager Organize and clean warehouse when necessary Assist operations team in various tasks within and outside the warehouse Pick up material from outside vendors Run general errands Assist with service appointments
Schedule:
7am – 4pm Monday through Friday. Heavy lifting required.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assists with the day-to day activities of the warehouse. Such activities include deliveries, receiving, sanitation, maintenance, inventory control, etc. Responsible for maintenance of warehouse equipment and vehicles, providing both preventive maintenance programs and scheduling all necessary service/repairs. Assists all other departments to facilitate efficient warehouse operations. Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management.
Qualifications:
Warehouse experience Excellent and professional skills in both verbal and written communication, as well as proficiency with computers and standard business software programs are required to effectively work with customers (external and internal). Bilingual is a plus.
