The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of plant machinery and equipment, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and safely. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality control, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Utilize RF scanners for accurate inventory management and tracking. Load and unload materials using clamp trucks and cranes, adhering to safety protocols. Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are followed to prevent injury. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any maintenance needs. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to coordinate materials handling and logistics. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Assist in building and assembling components as needed for production processes. Skills Proficiency in operating RF scanners for inventory management. Experience with clamp trucks and cranes for material handling. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively. Knowledge of materials handling best practices within a warehouse setting. Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to plant operations. Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors.
