$19 per hour on W2 without benefits Summary In the role of Warehouse Associate with a focus on weekly pay, you will be an integral part of our distribution center operations. Utilizing your core skills in packaging, order picking, and warehouse experience, you will contribute to the efficient picking and packing of orders. Your premium skills in reach truck operation and warehouse management will be valuable in ensuring smooth materials handling and inventory control. With relevant skills in heavy lifting and quality control, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Responsibilities:

Perform various warehouse duties including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products Operate heavy equipment such as cranes and forklifts to move materials and products Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently Maintain inventory control by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies Ensure proper handling of materials to prevent damage or loss Follow OSHA guidelines and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment Assist with shipping and receiving activities as needed Collaborate with team members and warehouse management to optimize warehouse operations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as cranes and forklifts Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking, packing, and inventory control Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety procedures in a warehouse setting
