We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Assist in loading and unloading materials and products. Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members. Participate in the setup and breakdown of job sites as needed. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure exceptional customer service to marina patrons, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Basic knowledge of construction or labor-related tasks is preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks. Flexibility to adapt to changing job requirements and environments.

Safety and Compliance:

Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning. Any Tennessee resident born after January 1, 1989, must show the TWRA-issued wallet Boating Safety Education Certificate as proof of successful completion of the TWRA Boating Safety exam.

Requirements:

Must be 18 or older. Reliable transportation. Ability to tolerate extreme summer heat. Excellent customer service skills. Willingness to learn and perform various tasks. Ability to swim. Highly motivated and self-driven. Availability on weekends and holidays. Managerial experience and leadership skills. Self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications:

General knowledge of the lake and boater safety. Marina or similar experience.
