$33.7K – $39.5K a year 1 day ago Qualifications Heavy lifting Forklift High school diploma or GED Warehouse experience Warehouse experience (1-2 years) Entry level Full Job Description Job Overview The purpose and objective of this position is to accurately and efficiently pull orders and safely load orders onto trucks for next day delivery. This includes, but is not limited to: Perform bottle/case selecting process productively and with minimum errors. Ensure all orders (i.e. bottles/cases) are picked/pulled/fulfilled accurately and packed properly to decrease breakage. Perform area set up at the start of the shift and clean up at the end of the shift. Front case tabs must be cut off at each location front and all breakage should be cleaned up Loading of product onto delivery trucks, ensuring product is stacked correctly to minimize shifting/breakage. Shift starts at 6PM and ends when the job is complete, there is no definite quit time Follow safety precautions while working and operating equipment Ensure equipment is properly maintained Must be willing to cross train/work in all areas of warehouse as needed. Repetitive, heavy lifting required for the majority of the shift Warehouse environment subject to changes (i.e weather, dust, fumes) Evening shift 6:00 p.m. until finished Other duties as assigned Must be at least 21 years of age High School Diploma/GED equivalent required. Heavy and repetitive lifting of 50 lbs. minimum Strict Attention to detail Ability to safely move products to designated areas. Comfortable with heights up to 30 feet. Six months’ previous warehouse experience preferred. Forklift experience a plus Must have reliable transportation and ability to report on time. Must be able to pass background checks (i.e. reference checks, police backgrounds…)
