Job Description
Operations Assistant Warehouse ProForms Inc Knoxville, TN 37938 ProForms is a multi-line distributor servicing business customers across East Tennessee. We are seeking an outstanding team player to join our distribution fulfillment team and provide a high level of service to our customers and fellow co-workers.
The Job:
Your primary role will be working on the warehouse floor in a shipping and receiving capacity – unloading trucks, checking in received goods, putting away stock, pulling/staging orders for shipment, shipping parcel shipments through UPS/Fedex. You will also serve as a back up delivery driver when needed. You will fill in when regular drivers are scheduled off, or when we need additional overflow or hot shot deliveries outside of the normal schedule. Delivery vehicles include basic cargo vans and 26′ box trucks. No special licensing required.
Requirements:
Clean driving record. Successful completion of a DOT physical and drug screen. Prior experience driving a box truck and forklift is desired.
Work Hours:
This is a regular, Monday-Friday, day shift position. NO nights. NO weekends.
Compensation & Benefits:
