Full Job Description Position Overview:

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager including unloading truck deliveries including FedEX and UPS and properly Receive them in the M3 Inventory system before shelving the items in proper locations.

Primary Essential Job Duties:

Warehousing Organize all areas of warehouse based on communications with AV, ICT and HCA managers Keep the daily movement of equipment and materials organized in designated areas. Keep current knowledge of items in Inventory for quick assignment to projects. Remove trash and boxes each day Keep floors swept and clean of debris Keep back loading and parking area clean of trash, screws, boxes, etc. Assist M3 personnel with identifying equipment required for the current project(s) Maintaining stock on cable, rack equipment, and Misc. material. Shipping/Receiving Incoming shipments o Receive items in system o Scan barcodes for serialized items o Create and affix job labels to all boxes/packages accordingly o Record MAC addresses as required (Non-barcode requires manual entry) o Organize and stage jobs for install Outgoing shipments o Stock shipments to other branches. Possibly deliver equipment to other M3 offices based on availability and need. o Assisting on returns for RMA equipment and unused stock. Pick Orders o Verify any available stock that can fill line items on SO o Create and affix job labels to boxes General o Regular and predictable attendance as scheduled. o Work cooperatively with others.

Secondary Job Duties:

Assist Managers with Fleet Maintenance (deliver and pickup vans at Service shops) Coordinate with other employees for PTO days to always have someone present in the warehouse. This is not meant to be an exhaustive list. There will be other duties as assigned.
