Duties Operate and maintain various hand tools and power tools to fabricate and assemble products. Ensuring that all components are accurately assembled according to specifications. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards. Assist in the movement of materials within various settings. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on construction site. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in a construction field. Familiarity with tools and basic construction knowledge. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and backhoes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
