Full-Time, In-Person About the Role Choice Fabrics is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team in Springfield, TN. This full-time, in-person position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and contributing to a supportive team environment. Your primary responsibility will be to pick bolts of fabric and cut yardage to fill customer orders. Accuracy and efficiency are key, as our customers rely on us to deliver exactly what they need. Key Responsibilities Pick and pull bolts of fabric from warehouse shelves Measure and cut fabric yardage according to order specifications Package and prepare orders for shipment Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area Assist with inventory checks and stock organization Follow all company procedures, safety rules, and quality standards Qualifications Ability to lift and move fabric bolts regularly Strong attention to detail and accuracy with measurements Basic math skills and familiarity with measuring tools Punctual, dependable, and able to work well independently or on a team Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus (but not required) Employee Benefits Paid vacation and paid holidays Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Stability with year-round, full-time employment About Choice Fabrics Founded in 2005, Choice Fabrics is a wholesale fabric distributor located in Springfield, TN.
