Job Opportunity at Nesco Resource Nesco Resource is hiring for aposition in a cold storage facility. We are looking for dedicatedindividuals with at least 6 months of previous forklift experience.

Schedule Breakdown Day 1: Sunday-Tuesday6am-6pm & Wednesday 6am-noon Day 2: Wednesday noon-6pm,Thursday-Saturday 6am-6pm Night 1: Sunday-Tuesday 6pm-6am &Wednesday 6pm-midnight Night 2: Wednesday midnight-6pm,Thursday-Saturday 6pm-6am Base Pay Rates Day 1 & 2: $22 Night 1:$23 Night 2: $24 Perfect Attendance Bonus All employees areeligible to receive an additional $3/hr (straight-time) and$4.50/hr (overtime) with perfect attendance. Perfect attendancemeans no missed shifts and a full 40 hours on the clock.

Requirements Must pass a 10-panel drug screen Steel toed shoes arerequired; company provides all other PPE HS Diploma or GED isrequired Longevity in work history Positive attitude andwillingness to learn to operate forklift and reach truck (Trainingwill be provided) Job Responsibilities Receive, store, anddistribute products in refrigerated and/or frozen rooms within thewarehouse Read shipping and/or picking orders to determine items tobe moved, gathered, or distributed Operate electric-poweredforklifts or electric-powered hand-trucks to transport loadedpallets to designated warehouse areas and/or storage racks Loadand/or unload product items and other materials onto and offpallets, skids, or lifting devices Sort and place materials oritems on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predeterminedsequence such as size, type, or product code Mark materials withidentifying information Lift, count, sort, and place product itemson pallets according to order fill instructions or specialrequirements Prepare and record order fill tickets and truck logs(load sheets) in accordance with company standards Record amountsof materials or items received or distributed Weigh or count itemsfor distribution within the plant to ensure conformance to companystandards Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits packagefor our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum EssentialCoverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, andEAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
