Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Material Handler for our 1st Shift-Stage position at our TN Salvage location. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate movement of materials throughout the facility. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that materials are delivered to the right location at the right time, and that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in a material handling or warehouse environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment Experience with inventory management software Ability to work in a team environment Strong communication skills Attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles Move materials to and from storage areas, production areas, and loading docks Ensure that materials are properly labeled and stored in the correct location Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Skills:
